The Space:
This 2 storey Mt Maunganui holiday home includes spacious, well-appointed open plan living upstairs. Unwind in comfort with quality furnishings and fittings throughout or fire up the BBQ and relax on one of the 2 patios. On the ground level there is a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds which can be converted in to a super-king bed on request. The ground floor also has a bathroom and a separate living room with a very comfortable queen size sleeper couch and kitchenette opening up on to the ground floor patio. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, one is the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom as well as a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. There is a 3rd bathroom on the upper level as well. The layout of the house is perfect for 2 families.
The open plan kitchen takes center stage in the living and dining area, providing ample space to make the most of the generous, fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm whilst the rest of the family can play board games, enjoy a book in the cosy reading corner where a desk is also available to check emails or an important zoom call.
